Designed to achieve a minimum 4 star rating at completion, amenities include a spa and gym, a boutique, library and games room, an elegant lounge, a bar, viewing deck/bar and a restaurant in the middle of nowhere.The Client demanded a contemporary design with green technologies such as Building management services (BMS) and use of solar power for all lighting and heating requirements. Rainwater and Grey water is also to be harvested and used for irrigation of the gardens.
