This proposed 12 storey building is earmarked for construction at the start of 2017 with the design process being completed by October 2016.
It houses 264 units split between 2 bed units, bachelor flats and studio apartments. The structure is to be erected in the high density suburb of sunnyside.
The site was previously a derelict park which is set to be transformed into a modern eco living environment. Part of the site will be reserved as a play park for the development.
